I contacted Jeremy through a google search for a realtor. I needed to move my elderly parents and sell their house and was on a time crunch. Jeremy responded immediately. He was able to get my parent’s house on the market quickly and priced it right to sell. There was a lot of work to be done on the house and we did not want to take responsibility for it. It was listed -as is and sold within two weeks. The closing day was delayed, but I trusted his judgment that it was a good offer, he made sure we would not loose Ernest money if it fell through. He took the time to make sure the house was ready for the sale. Including finding a leaking faucet in the garage and crawling over piles of things to turn it off. The closing was delayed an additional two weeks, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were still on track for the offer and not being strung along. He contacted the sellers realtor and asked for documentation that supported the delay. Jeremy also helped me to make sure the utilities were transferred to the new buyer as my elderly father was having difficulty doing so. I gave him a five star review because he went above and beyond to help me sell my parents home. The title team even helped to re-draw POA letters so I could sign for my parents. He has experience as a Realtor and was able to guide me through some unforeseen challenges. Convinced me to stay the course when I wanted to give up, he was right , sale went through as planned. We got market value in 3 months! When we are ready to sell our own home in Andover we will be reaching out to Jeremy Ellingson again.
