She is a very patient and understanding personality. Angelique and I spent a lot of time reviewing listings and visiting properties. We made several reasonable offers on homes. This is the second home I purchased with her because I wanted a larger home than the previous one I bought from her.. After Angelique and I viewed three more homes, this one hit the spot, the dream. Not only did he sell my house, but he helped me find a great townhome in the perfect location. His knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills got my offer accepted for $9,000 below asking price.
