Heidi was able to sell her house in four days for asking price. She has been doing this a long time and it’s apparent. Heidi was very helpful talking through the details of the sale of my mom’s home and the purchase of a new one. I have personally used Heidi for my last four house purchases. She will keep your best interest in mind and responds with compassion when asking questions related to the housing world that I know nothing about.

Leigh does a wonderful job at figuring out the best homes to show. She listens and cares about your input. She found me the PERFECT townhome in an area I didn't know I even wanted to live in - I love it!

It has been such an absolute pleasure to work with Justin, especially as a first-time homebuyer! We just moved in to what I would honestly call our dream home that Justin was able to snatch for us within our budget, which we didn't expect to be possible. He worked with us long term since we were stuck in a lease, and weren't quite ready at the time. There was no push whatsoever and he respected our timeline! He answered all our questions (and we had many) and was extremely communicative with us throughout the whole journey. If we ever need to sell/buy again, we would definitely call up JT!

Dave is absolutely exceptional in every way. Although we have talked with several other realtors prior to signing on with Dave, no one could come even close to his helpfulness, his understanding of our situation and of the local market, and his advice on what should be done and when that should happen. Other realtors probably work hard as well, but we do not believe that anyone else works harder on behalf of their client than Dave. Selling our house at the address provided was a long process, but Dave kept us informed every step of the way. Dave also was our realtor for our purchase of our new town home. With this purchase as well he was a tremendous help from the very beginning, keeping us informed about the progress of its construction and acting as our go between person for answers to our questions from the building contractor. Dave even followed up with us about a week after our closing and move in date to see how things were going at our new place. I don't believe every realtor does that. We will continue recommend Dave to anyone and everyone in the area who contacts us because they might be interested in selling or buying a home, property, land, or in just seeing what the area real estate market has to offer. Such an individual or couple could not do better than Dave Perry. In our opinion, he is the best there is.
