Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. She also set me up with some wonderful vendors to work with to get the appropriate home loan and inspection. Kelli is knowledgable, responsive and cares about the people she works with. I 100% reccomend her and will work with her again in the future.

Wow. That pretty much sums up our experience with Sarah Polovitz and Kathy Rauth as the listing agents for our very unique property (upscale house in a rural area). We selected them after interviewing several realtors, and after having had our home on the market for 6 months with another realtor - which left us jaded and distrustful -- specifically around social media marketing and listing exposure claims. Kathy and Sarah are the real deal. Their response time was truly uncanny, despite being ridiculously busy these past few months.
