It has been such an absolute pleasure to work with Justin, especially as a first-time homebuyer! We just moved in to what I would honestly call our dream home that Justin was able to snatch for us within our budget, which we didn't expect to be possible. Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. We really appreciated Charlie’s enthusiasm and professionalism and helped us fall in love with Fieldstone Family Homes due to the amazing experience.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
