Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Leigh does a wonderful job at figuring out the best homes to show. She listens and cares about your input. She found me the PERFECT townhome in an area I didn't know I even wanted to live in - I love it!

Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. She also set me up with some wonderful vendors to work with to get the appropriate home loan and inspection. Kelli is knowledgable, responsive and cares about the people she works with. Lynn guided me perfectly through the whole selling process and did everything possible to get the best outcome. He is very well connected which is very helpful. Lynn went above and beyond to get the best results for my sale. He is extremely professional but beyond that he is a very nice person.
