Andy is not your typical agent/salesman. He truly cares for his clients and will go above and beyond to answer any questions you might have. He has great experience and can leverage that in your favor as he did for us to find us a great home! I appreciated that he didn't sugar coat the truth of each house we toured, but also respected our opinions and decision making ability. It was a tough housing market for us but thankfully we had a tougher agent :)

Greg and Heather were a dream team! They were on top of things, always willing to answer silly questions and never made you feel like you didn't know what was going on. They went above and beyond in all aspects. Highly reccomend.

Enjoyable experience

David Wallace is easily the best realtor I've ever worked with. The property we were selling was complicated with unexpected obstacles but David only sounded positive and reassuring. More importantly, he came through every time. Every obstacle was met with David finding a solution and going the extra mile to complete the sale. David's communication skills and responsiveness are top notch. David is friendly and a pleasure to work with. After my experience, I can say without hesitation, you want David Wallace in your corner when selling or buying your home. Leigh does a wonderful job at figuring out the best homes to show. She listens and cares about your input. She found me the PERFECT townhome in an area I didn't know I even wanted to live in - I love it!

Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. She also set me up with some wonderful vendors to work with to get the appropriate home loan and inspection. Kelli is knowledgable, responsive and cares about the people she works with. I 100% reccomend her and will work with her again in the future.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.
