Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Becca excelled in her attention to detail by assisting with staging using her experience in marketing to make the best first impression to buyers. She built a trusting relationship by responding to all our questions in a timely manner. Her and The Eaton Group team kept current to what the housing market was doing and kept a realistic view to guide us throughout the selling process. Becca has proven she has high integrity and will treat her clients in a professional manner.

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
