Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

David Wallace is easily the best realtor I've ever worked with. The property we were selling was complicated with unexpected obstacles but David only sounded positive and reassuring. More importantly, he came through every time. Every obstacle was met with David finding a solution and going the extra mile to complete the sale. Enjoyable experience

We enjoyed working with Cory again. This is our second home he has sold for us in the past 25years. He is professional and has great knowledge of the market. We highly recommend Cory to our friends and relatives!

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process.
