Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

I found Cory to be very professional in all aspects of selling our house from the initial appraisal to the closing. His market analysis was in line with what other homes in the area were selling. We had some health issues in regard to moving which necessitated solving some problems that were not necessarily within the scope of what an agent would be expected to do. Cory worked with us to deal with all of these areas. He kept me up to date on interested parties along with information related to their responses. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their property.

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work.
