Patty Zuzek and David Pope are the founders of Zuzek Pope Home & Land Specialists, a Minnesota- and Wisconsin-licensed real estate team built on experience, integrity, and a shared commitment to education and service. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined real estate expertise, guiding clients, agents, and industry partners with professionalism and purpose.
Patty Zuzek, Broker | Industry Leader & Educator
Patty Zuzek is a licensed Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin with nearly 30 years of experience in residential real estate, new construction, leadership, and education. A graduate of St. Mary’s University with a degree in Marketing, Patty is widely respected for her ability to navigate complex transactions while maintaining a strong focus on client advocacy and ethical representation.
Patty has served the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels, including as:

2023 Regional Vice President for NAR Region 8
She is also a CRS, SFR, and SRES designee and is deeply involved in mentoring agents, developing education programs, and strengthening professional standards across the industry. In addition to her brokerage work, Patty serves as Broker for Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists and Vice President of Marketing for Fieldstone Family Homes, specializing in new construction and builder partnerships.

David Pope, Land & New Construction Specialist
David Pope brings a unique and highly valuable perspective to real estate through his background in Agricultural Economics and decades of hands-on experience in land, residential, and development transactions. Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, David entered real estate in 1991 and earned his license in 1993, building a reputation for analytical insight and practical problem-solving.
David holds the PSA designation and has served in leadership roles including:

Active contributor to multiple local and national RLI committees
His deep understanding of land use, agriculture, and development provides significant value to buyers, sellers, and builders—particularly those involved in new construction and land acquisition.
