David Pope, Land & New Construction Specialist David Pope brings a unique and highly valuable perspective to real estate through his background in Agricultural Economics and decades of hands-on experience in land, residential, and development transactions. Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, David entered real estate in 1991 and earned his license in 1993, building a reputation for analytical insight and practical problem-solving. David holds the PSA designation and has served in leadership roles including: 2021 President of the Minnesota Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute Active contributor to multiple local and national RLI committees His deep understanding of land use, agriculture, and development provides significant value to buyers, sellers, and builders—particularly those involved in new construction and land acquisition.
