Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. The longest I waited for anything was around 12 hours, even when he was on vacation. We did not feel rushed to buy a house at any point.
