After the condo sold, she was efficient and persistent in helping me find a new place during a difficult buying time. I found Cory to be very professional in all aspects of selling our house from the initial appraisal to the closing. His market analysis was in line with what other homes in the area were selling. We had some health issues in regard to moving which necessitated solving some problems that were not necessarily within the scope of what an agent would be expected to do.
