Although Malene is pleasant to interact with, our experience was suboptimal. She failed to procure the best price when we bought our home, didn't warn us about the best way to assess moisture with a stucco exterior, did not counsel us adequately about preparing our home for sale, and didn't do a good job marketing the home when we were ready to sell. Once we changed realtors, the house sold in a matter of weeks.

Josh was a pleasure to work with when buying our first home. He is very laid back but up front with how the buying process can go. My husband and I just bought our first home in a very seller-driven market making it hard to get into showings fast enough. Josh was able to accommodate our schedules in order for us to get to showings.
