Within a week the house was on the market, with broad listings and brochures which included great photography hlighting the features of our home, and open houses established that weekend. Our home sold quickly. We chose Mike because of his knowledge of local market, and particular expertise of lake property. He was extremely responsive and helpful in getting our house ready for sale and throughout the process. He even helped us negotiate the sale of personal property with the home.
