Ryan Benjamin
Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Ryan is very professional and genuinely cares about his clients. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. Not only did he sell my house, but he helped me find a great townhome in the perfect location. His knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills got my offer accepted for $9,000 below asking price. He even gave me some recommendations for handymen in the area for some projects that I want to do. I can’t thank him enough for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with you and I'm glad I could help negotiate a great deal on your new place. I hope the recommendations for handymen prove helpful with your upcoming projects.
