Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. She also set me up with some wonderful vendors to work with to get the appropriate home loan and inspection. Kelli is knowledgable, responsive and cares about the people she works with. I 100% reccomend her and will work with her again in the future.

The longest I waited for anything was around 12 hours, even when he was on vacation. We did not feel rushed to buy a house at any point.

We have used Stephanie for 3 home transactions so far, and plan on using her for future sales as well. What we liked best about her is: Not pushy on price when selling. She gives her input but also respects our opinion. Also she is extremely well versed in home mortgages and financing options. She knew more than our lender on certain loan options! Stephanie also is really prompt in responses and kept us informed during the whole process. She is a genuine person and really kind and respectful. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
