We have used Stephanie for 3 home transactions...
We have used Stephanie for 3 home transactions so far, and plan on using her for future sales as well. What we liked best about her is: Not pushy on price when selling. She gives her input but also respects our opinion. Also she is extremely well versed in home mortgages and financing options. She knew more than our lender on certain loan options! Stephanie also is really prompt in responses and kept us informed during the whole process. She is a genuine person and really kind and respectful. We would (and have) recommended her to friends and family!
