Herbie is great at communicating and letting know where we are at in the process. He gets back to us promptly and always had great information. He was there every step of the way making sure the process went well and letting us know what to expect.
He did what he said he would do and keep us informed throughout process.
Herbie went far above and beyond at each step, from our initial meeting in August, to walking out of closing in February. He did the little things and the big things, and things he did not need to do. If I were to rate him out of 5 stars, I give him 6. I cannot recommend him strongly enough! I am highly impressed, and feel very lucky to have had him walk me through what could have been a very stressful time. Thank you so much, Herbie!
