We were navigating a long-distance move, selling our home in Florida, and starting new careers in Minnesota — and through it all, Katie and Jim were incredibly understanding and patient. While viewing homes, Katie and Jim's professionalism and deep knowledge really stood out. They honestly guided us through what to look for and what to avoid, which was especially valuable since homes in Minnesota are so different from what we were used to in Florida. We also weren’t the easiest clients to work with at times, juggling the logistics of a big move and bringing our two young children along to showings, but Katie and Jim were always gracious, patient, and completely professional. We couldn’t have asked for better partners in this process and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. We really appreciated Charlie’s enthusiasm and professionalism and helped us fall in love with Fieldstone Family Homes due to the amazing experience.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her.
