We looked at a lot of homes, and they truly listened to what we were looking for. Any time we wanted to see something, they responded immediately and made it happen. Because we were traveling from out of state, scheduling could have been difficult, but Katie and Jim were extremely flexible and always worked around our travel plans. Their insight on neighborhoods was invaluable, and their knowledge of remodeling and potential watch-outs really helped us evaluate properties with confidence.
