Rita knows the area and market well. She gave us concert advice on what to fix/update in our house. We had a bit of deferred maintenance to deal with. She brought in a great stager and our house sold quickly for above asking price. We couldn’t be happier with Rita or our house selling experience.

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family.
