Because we were traveling from out of state, scheduling could have been difficult, but Katie and Jim were extremely flexible and always worked around our travel plans. Their insight on neighborhoods was invaluable, and their knowledge of remodeling and potential watch-outs really helped us evaluate properties with confidence. The timing of placing my house on the market first with a “coming soon”, then putting it on the market proved they knew the customer base. my house sold within 48 hours with multiple offers over the asking price. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home.
