David Abele was incredible as he helped navigate the real estate market that he knows like the back of his hand! His knowledge from decades of experience was impressive and he listened to everything I explained that I was looking for! He found us the PERFECT home! He negotiated a great price and made the entire process seem less! Post-purchase, David found us the perfect contractors to make a few updates before move-in, all of whom executed with exceptional skill and care! I cannot recommend David Abele more! He is THE BEST!

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Cindy was amazing when it came to selling our home and then helping us purchase our new home. She listened to us. She provided honest feedback. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had, no matter what absurd hour I was contacting her at. If I wasn't reaching out to her, then she was reaching out to me to keep me up to date. Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million. That alone convinced me, since it was the 3rd highest priced home to sell in Bearpath during that period. They are an outstanding team. Give them a call.
