Natalie represented me thru a purchase transaction this spring. We were on the hunt for several months thru multiple showings and a very competitive offer scenario (11 submissions) where Natalie fought yet we ultimately let higher bidding win as it was becoming an extremely over bid situation. We then soldiered on to find a great property a month later. Some key elements to her successful style were: Communication, responsiveness, financing connections and her ability to think outside the box when it came to positioning our offer. I could always count on her to return a call, text or email within minutes no matter weekday or weekend. At end of it all, we secured a great property and closed quickly. David Abele was incredible as he helped navigate the real estate market that he knows like the back of his hand! His knowledge from decades of experience was impressive and he listened to everything I explained that I was looking for! He found us the PERFECT home! He negotiated a great price and made the entire process seem less! Post-purchase, David found us the perfect contractors to make a few updates before move-in, all of whom executed with exceptional skill and care! I cannot recommend David Abele more! He is THE BEST!

We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Josh did an excellent job with marketing our home, recommendation of staging to get positive feedback and visiting home prior to showing for better buyer experience.
