Nicolas was an absolute rock star. Always available, wonderful communicator and extremely knowledgeable about current market trends and analysis of comparable properties. If I had a question, Nicolas knew the answer. When it came time to submit offer, Nicolas was very detailed about all aspects of our offer, and help to understand the counter offer made by seller. We could tell, this guy knows his stuff. My wife and I, would highly recommend Nicolas to anyone and every one. Best agent I have ever worked with!

He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.

Working with Deb was great. She had great attention to detail and follow through. Sometimes it felt like she was living in my head because she would reach out on something when it was still only a thought in my head! As a type A person, it was refreshing to not have to micromanage or helicopter over the details as Deb was 100% on it already!
