If I had a question, Nicolas knew the answer. When it came time to submit offer, Nicolas was very detailed about all aspects of our offer, and help to understand the counter offer made by seller. We could tell, this guy knows his stuff. My wife and I, would highly recommend Nicolas to anyone and every one. Best agent I have ever worked with!

Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.
