10/10 Deb is the best

Deb is a an experienced professional who makes the entire house selling process a breeze. She’s on top of communication with you and has lots of great recommendations for ways to make your home more appealing to buyers as well as professionals who can help prepare the house. She is smart as a whip and kind as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Realtor Extraordinaire!

Our experience with Deb Cooper was excellent. Deb Cooper met with us and gave excellent advice as to getting our home market ready, establishing a workable timeline for going to market and for setting the proper valuation at which to list. AMAZING REALTOR

Deb was amazing in the process of selling my home and finding my Fiance and I our forever home . Deb was very knowledgeable, always was available whenever I had questions, bug or small , and was very patient with all our needs . She was so helpful every step of the way and just made us feel so comfortable with this whole process . In the future if we decide to ever move again we will use Deb for sure .

Debra was a great fit for us the second we met her

Debra was a great fit for us the second we met her. She obviously has a great grasp of the market and area and was EXTREMELY responsive. Every question we had was answered quickly. She let us make decisions on the sale of our house but helped us when we needed some guidance or had questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debra to anyone looking for a realtor either as a buyer or seller.

She was excellent, timely, helped us work out the best deal, and was kind and supportive through the whole process. She got back to us very quickly with text and we rarely waited more than an hour or two for her responses. She also knows the business and had very informative things to say. 10/10 would recommend!
