After multiple showings, different cities, and counties. We have found our lots that will work for us! The process can be overwhelming especially for those who do not specialize in the industry. But that's what you go with people like Steve who knows what he's doing. The land purchasing and process can be quite different than your standard prebuilt home etc! With that said Steve had great recommendations on who to use and how to move forward with the process. Having multiple questions; Steve met us with answers every time. After phone calls to make sure we understood everything, a few trips to the property we could not be happier with our experience. Steve knows what he is doing all around the board and has great resources and experience. We trusted Steve the whole way in such an important chapter in our life and he exceeded our expectations.. If you want someone who you can trust at all hours and days; and knows what he is doing. He is your guy!

Jake has been great to work with. I bought and sold a house with him and while purchasing a house, he listened to my wants and needs and helped me find it within my price point. I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.
