He was professional in his conduct, responsive everyday and any time, he knew the area well, and he could answer any question we threw at him as first time home buyers. We couldn’t recommend Charlie enough. He was never pushy to get a sale and simply let my fiancée and I work through our decision making ourselves. He knew what the best course of action was when we got to negotiating and the overall home buying process was quite painless.

Herbie is great at communicating and letting know where we are at in the process. He gets back to us promptly and always had great information. He was there every step of the way making sure the process went well and letting us know what to expect.

Herbie went far above and beyond at each step, from our initial meeting in August, to walking out of closing in February. He did the little things and the big things, and things he did not need to do. If I were to rate him out of 5 stars, I give him 6. I cannot recommend him strongly enough!
