We truly cannot say enough good things about Kathy Ghilani, but we're going to give it a shot! Kathy is the consummate real estate professional, extremely knowledgable, sincere, amazingly patient, direct and honest and also a lot of fun! We looked at homes on and off for a couple of years and as our needs changed she changed with us. We were hitting a dead-end with inventory when she reached out about a home she had recently toured, stating it was a perfect fit for us. We decided just to look (a little out of the desired price range) and as she promised, the VALUE and layout and neighborhood were sincerely perfect!
