Absolutely fantastic. Chuck did a wonderful job of building trust when we started looking at houses. Chuck has been great to work with since the get go. He is very well versed in all aspects of Real Estate (from sales/purchase process to what to look for in a home for the money), and very prompt with responses. Chuck came to us highly recommended from an acquaintance and he lived up to his reputation. He took the time to get to know me and my family to figure what he exactly wanted and needed and gave us sound advice throughout the buying process. Chuck was patient, highly knowledgeable and responsive to our various requests. He was readily willing to accommodate our hectic schedule in scheduling viewings. It was impressive what he knew—not only about the local market but was easily able to point out various plus and minus of various houses that would an inspector is more likely to know or point out. Chuck’s quick action and excellent negotiation skill helped us find our home into a highly desirable neighborhood for under market value. Chuck was awesome in helping us buy our first home! He made the entire home buying process so smooth and simple. He immediately got what we were looking for in a home the first time we met with him. He was always willing to take us out to look at homes and was so flexible with the timing of showings so that they fit our schedule. He was very knowledgable about the market and how well homes were priced. He gave us good, objective advice about placing an offer but encouraged us to stay within our means. He kept us informed every step of the way so we were never guessing at what needed to be done next. We could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend him to anyone!
