Aubrey’s experience, professionalism, and hard work make her a true real estate professional. I found Aubrey after a previous agent was unable to sell my home after several months. Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! She has that ability to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get your home sold! I cannot say enough positive regarding the services that Aubrey provided and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

We truly cannot say enough good things about Kathy Ghilani, but we're going to give it a shot! Kathy is the consummate real estate professional, extremely knowledgable, sincere, amazingly patient, direct and honest and also a lot of fun! We looked at homes on and off for a couple of years and as our needs changed she changed with us. We were hitting a dead-end with inventory when she reached out about a home she had recently toured, stating it was a perfect fit for us. We decided just to look (a little out of the desired price range) and as she promised, the VALUE and layout and neighborhood were sincerely perfect! We are extremely grateful that she didn't give up on us and our search for the perfect home! WORK with Kathy - you will not be disappointed!

Kristin Olson recently helped sell my grandfather's house. My grandfather moved into assisted living and wanted to sell his house. He built this house himself 40+ years ago. While he was involved with all the major decisions (pricing, timing, etc), but he put me in charge of hiring a real estate agent and getting the house ready to sell. Hiring Kristin was the best move I made during this process. Kristin worked wonderfully with the various personalities involved in this sale. She was incredibly patient and professional with my grandfather. She brought comps to help my grandfather decide on pricing. She was knew the area and what kinds of buyers to expect, while keeping an opened mind about other options. While being extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, Kristin was instrumental getting the house updated. My grandfather took excellent care of his house, but many of the superficial items were dated (light fixtures, wallpaper, etc). My grandfather did not want too many things changed. Within these parameters, Kristin helped direct me on areas of the home on which to concentrate in order to get the most benefit for our time, effort, and money. Kristine was able to recommend people to help with some of the work, as we were on a tight schedule. Once we did all the major cleaning, painting, and new floor instillation, Kristin came in and staged the whole house. What a transformation! Relatives that saw the pictures on line couldn't believe it was the same house. She was able to bring the house from early 1970's to a modern, hip 2018. Without her expertise, I don't think we would have been able to have the success we had selling this house. Through the whole process, amidst a demanding client, Kristin kept a positive, upbeat attitude. I know I could not have done this alone and was glad to have Kristin on our team. I would highly recommend Kristin as a real estate agent.

Plain and simple Sheila is a very nice person who is rather stuck in old methods of real estate where you list a home, hold open houses, but wait for sales to come to you. If you want a pleasant old-school selling experience and your home is under $400k she would be fine. If you desire more advanced services and up to date selling methods look elsewhere.
