Plain and simple Sheila is a very nice person who is rather stuck in old methods of real estate where you list a home, hold open houses, but wait for sales to come to you. If you want a pleasant old-school selling experience and your home is under $400k she would be fine. If you desire more advanced services and up to date selling methods look elsewhere.
