Also, we had a well that we thought had been capped decades ago. Megan went to great lengths to find the certificate before we concluded that the well had not been capped. While we searched for a company to cap the well, Megan found a Ramsey County program that, assuming the proper guidelines are followed, will pay 50% of the capping costs up to $750. While getting the well capped was a stressful experience, Megan's resourcefulness saved us almost 40% of the total price! Throughout the process of preparing our home for sale to the final closing, Megan communicated clearly with us and with the realtor for the buyers. My husband and I highly recommend Megan Finn.
