Market knowledge spot on. Excellent communication: always quick to respond, explained each step of the process well so there were no surprises, flexible with her schedule. Very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Brenda!

Brenda was extremely helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Brenda was very helpful at finding properties that fit my criteria and was knowledgeable whether the listing price was reasonable. She was also helpful at pointing out things in the houses when doing walkthroughs that I would have missed otherwise and great at answering questions I would have.

Steve was an astounding realtor for a first time home buyer. He would take the time to point out features of a home to look for, explain the various aspects of what those features mean, and why they matter which was critical for someone like me. That knowledge would allow me to see critical items within the listing, allowing me to narrow down my searches and locate homes that were much better fits for my needs and interests. This led me to a home that was right for me. Steve then provided guidance through the offer and purchase processes that helped me get the right price and that nothing was missing. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for their next home

Steve was very knowledgeable about every step in the home buying process. He was always willing to answer any questions we had and he did so in a timely manner. He thoughtfully planned out our showings and ensured they all went smoothly. We will definitely have Steve as our realtor in the future!

We have worked with Steve for the past 6 years so many different seasons of our lives. He helped my parents in finding their dream home all the way from Colorado to Minnesota. This was a transition from a single family of four lifestyle to a multigenerational style of living. He took this challenge and flew with it. My husband's mom recently decided to join us from Wyoming and he again found her a house that was quickly and easily turned to home. It is now my little family's turn to find our first home. We never had a second thought of which realtor to go with. Steve always has our best interests at heart and welcomed our kiddos with open arms and made them feel so important in our house searching journey. He never let us settle and he never let us get discouraged. We found the perfect home for the best price and all of that is thanks to Steve and his ability. He taught us so much along the way, was always there to answer a question and offered the best support system. He is seriously one of the most wonderful people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
