I am a first-time homebuyer and I just closed TODAY! I was nervous to start this entire process as I didn't have much knowledge on down payments, interest rates, and basically anything homeowner related. In comes Will with all the knowledge, experience, and kindness I could have needed. Working with Will was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. I explained to him what I was looking for and my price range and he didn't try to have me spend more or do something I wasn't quite ready for. Will knew how to read my nerves and provide information that I needed to make me feel safe and confident in my decision. I met Will when I was remodeling a home he had recently sold. We exchanged information and told him I would be calling him in a few months when I started home searching for myself, my wife and I are sure glad we did! Throughout the whole process Will was on point setting up showings, available and ready to meet us any time any day. Will also acted in our best interest the entire time and never pressured us in anyway to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. I would 100% recommend Will to any family, friend or stranger and have no doubt they will be taken care of every step of the way.

Buying a home can be overwhelming! Fortunately, I had the privilege and opportunity to work with Bree for the purchase of my new home! She was so much more than my realtor. Bree took plenty of time and opportunity to spell out the selling process. If anything new came up for her, she investigated the answer. Bree is a great communicator. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. Bree went the extra mile to help us prepare the home for sale. She also did a great deal of homework on comps in the area and made us more money on the sale than we expected. Bree took great care of us, as if we were family. Her integrity was much appreciated.
