Working with Darlene Arndt to sell our home was hands-down the best real estate experience we’ve had. She has a deep understanding of the West Metro market and a wide network of industry professionals to enhance her listings. Thanks to Darlene’s early guidance on updates and staging, along with smart pricing strategy, our house went live and exploded with interest. Within a week, we received multiple competitive offers. If you want a true partnership with your realtor - someone who will be with you every step of the process and who can deliver results that exceed your expectations, look no further. We cannot recommend Darlene highly enough!

Ryan was very professional and easy to work with every step of the way. I never felt pressured to make a decision on anything one way or another, he was easy to reach, and had solid advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I am Phil Evenson a Project Consultant at All Around and have worked with Cara Strauss on numerous projects. We have helped her with several repairs on the homes she is involved in. She is very easy to work with and meets every home buyer's expectations and ensures they are happy in their real estate decisions. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a home.

I was kind of all over the board as to what I was looking for - everything from acreage outside the city to a condo in the city. Sarah went to great lengths (literally) to show me many properties. She does her research and knows the market extremely well. I ultimately settled on a condo and she handled all the negotiating and transactional stuff expertly. I have 100% faith in her representing me. Definitely recommend to new or experienced buyers and sellers.
