Heather went above and beyond when it came to marketing our home. She did many different types of marketing and refreshed the MLS photos regularly, adding twilight shots and spring versus older winter photos. She took videos and added local interest spots to the videos like the pizza place down the road to entice families to the property. We were always informed of showings and open houses with plenty of advanced notice. She made sure someone was able to get the lights all on, security system off and last minute clearing of the countertops. I would highly recommend Heather Grant as a competent, skilled agent who will do whatever it takes to get your house sold. She was amazing to deal with as our buying agent and then as our selling agent.

Sue is extremely knowledgeable about the different areas and pricing. She was able to quickly determine our likes and dislikes to show us homes we would be interested in seeing. Sue responded to our numerous questions immediately through email and phone calls. She also helped us with local contractors to get prices on work we may want to do on our new house. I can’t say enough about the tremendous job she did for us and I have to say she is the best realtor we ever worked with (before and after marriage we purchased a total of 7 different houses between us so had experience with 7 other realtors before Sue).
