Susan helped immensely before we listed our house for sale. She came out and made specific suggestions on staging and small updates to make. We had multiple offers over asking price and she was very communicative throughout the selling process.

From the first time I reached out to Kathryn, she answered immediately and from there on out she was very responsive. She was a true professional. I can’t speak highly enough of Kathryn as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, and good with people. We will continue to recommend her to all of our family and friends. Stephanie
