Kathryn is a top-notch agent in every facet of the real estate process. Her demeanor remains steady throughout the ups and down of both the buy and sell transactions. Her response time is excellent and she is often ahead of the action and alerting those involved (buyers, sellers, other agents and financial closers) on key issues. We were impressed with her work ethic (definitely task driven) but also her patience in explaining all the various questions that arise daily.
