Erick is a really hard worker and went above and beyond his call of duty when selling my house. We met several times and he was very patient with me while I prepared the home and property to hit the market. He dug deep into neighborhood comps, gave me lots of advice on prepping the house, yard, and garage, and was very professional all the way through.

Sandra was a great help in selling my dad's house. He had been in the house for 49 years, so needed a lot of informations about the process of selling a house and Sandra was so patient and helpful. She clearly outlined what we needed to do on our end and helped us find resources for some of the work that needed to be done to prep the house. She was a great advocate for us when negotiating with the buyers and got us our asking price, which was higher than we thought it would be before we started the process.
