Jerome was hands-down one of the best parts of our home buying experience. As first-time buyers, we had some clue of what we were doing, but Jerome filled in all the gaps and never once made us feel silly for asking basic questions. He’d break things down so clearly it was like having a friend in the industry walk us through it step by step — no jargon, no rushing us, just straight answers we could understand. Beyond that, he genuinely put together the right team around us and made sure every piece of the process clicked into place. It never felt like he was just trying to close a deal — it felt like he actually had our backs and wanted us to end up in the right house, not just a house. If you’re buying your first home (or your fifth) and want someone who’ll explain everything, answer every text, and genuinely look out for you, Jerome is that guy. Jill did an amazing job helping us facilitate an off market purchase. She really anticipated all buyer and seller needs. For example, she provided both parties helpful comps at the same time. She did a great job explaining all the complexity within the purchase agreement. I honestly wish we hadn’t already had a different realtor hired to sell our house cause I would’ve liked to use Jill.

She is amazing at predicting needs, eases tension when stressful situations arise, and defended us throughout the process.
