Wow. That pretty much sums up our experience with Sarah Polovitz and Kathy Rauth as the listing agents for our very unique property (upscale house in a rural area). We selected them after interviewing several realtors, and after having had our home on the market for 6 months with another realtor - which left us jaded and distrustful -- specifically around social media marketing and listing exposure claims. Kathy and Sarah are the real deal. Their response time was truly uncanny, despite being ridiculously busy these past few months. We had more showings in the first weeks with Sarah and Kathy than we did during the entire time our house was on the market previously. They never dropped the ball. They did what they said they would do, were consistently positive and cheerful and made the whole experience a pleasure.
