If you're looking for a real estate professional to buy or sell, I highly recommend Roman Mychajliw. Roman is an accomplished professional who is passionate about his work and it shows. He helped me to sell my home and get full asking price. He also helped me to buy a new home, giving guidance on properties to consider and those to stay away from. For example, I loved a home in a nice area but it needed an extreme amount of work. He guided me from that house to an even better house....now my dream home. If I could rate Mr. Roman Mychajliw 6 stars, I would. Because I needed a quick sale and I didn’t have time to “stage” my house, I was willing to take a (much reduced) cash sale. Roman persuaded me to list my house — and to do so right away — saving me the time and money it would have taken to “stage” it. My house was under contract in 12 days, and I settled two weeks later. Roman was available and involved throughout the process — holding an open house, creating a great internet presence, and reaching out to others who might have been interested in the property. From listing to settlement it took less than 30 days, and it could not have gone smoother. Everything was taken care of and there were no last minute surprises or glitches. In addition, I netted $30k more than I anticipated. I highly recommend Roman as a knowledgeable, experienced and, most importantly, an innovative Realtor who gets things done, and done well.

Roman has good communications skills. Also, he is very knowledgeable in real estate due to starting right after college. I threw a lot of questions, and he answered them all to my satisfaction.
