Not very good experience, had to chase her for answers, very cold, not friendly, not very helpful, poor communication , felt abandon as a customer

She made all the arrangements for repairs, cleaning, inspections, appliance and HVAC tune-ups, home warranty and so many other important details. For me that type of hands-on, no nonsense, take-charge service was essential because the condo I was selling was in another state, 9 hours from where I live. Carolyn knows everyone and who and how to get things done. Very well connected. Very knowledgeable about the rules, regulations, and procedures of selling real estate in Maryland. If I could give Carolyn more than 5 stars I would. Do not hesitate to hire Carolyn Simpkins to be your realtor. She will take care of EVERYTHING and do it impeccably.
