As a native Washingtonian I grew up in Montgomery County and have been in the real estate business for 30+ years. After falling in love with Real Estate in 1990 and becoming a Licensed Salesperson, I further expanded my business to include Real Estate Appraisals in 1994 and became Licensed as an Appraiser in 1997. I have appraised real estate in the entire Washington, DC metro area to include DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. In 2008 I further expanded and upgraded my Appraisal License to that of Certified Appraiser. In 2018, I am very happy to say that I partnered with Weichert Realtors in April and am delighted to be selling real estate again too! I can honestly say that no one knows the market better! As a Salesperson/Realtor, I have worked with both seasoned and first time home buyers, sellers and investors/renters, etc. As an Appraiser, I have worked with national lenders/mortgage companies and individuals performing appraisals for mortgages on single family, condos, 2-4 unit apartment buildings, new construction and rehab (per plans and specs) as well as individuals for presales, estates/date of death valuations, bankruptcy, tax assessment appeal and PMI removal.
