About Debra

I Know The Market! As a native Washingtonian I grew up in Montgomery County and have been in the real estate business for 30+ years. After falling in love with Real Estate in 1990 and becoming a Licensed Salesperson, I further expanded my business to include Real Estate Appraisals in 1994 and became Licensed as an Appraiser in 1997. I have appraised real estate in the entire Washington, DC metro area to include DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. In 2008 I further expanded and upgraded my Appraisal License to that of Certified Appraiser. In 2018, I am very happy to say that I partnered with Weichert Realtors in April and am delighted to be selling real estate again too! I can honestly say that no one knows the market better! Debbi is a great communicator and checked in with me every week.

I highly recommend Debra Eig (Debbi) as an agent to sell your apartment. Debbi expertly guided me through selling my father’s apartment in Leisure World. The perfect realtor

I had been dealing with Deb for the last 3 years before I relocated to Maryland. She was very nice and very patient with me as I am the pickiest buyer. She thoroughly researched every thing that I asked her and did not try to talk me into properties that did not meet every one of my specifications. I could not have found a better realtor. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking. I will miss our friendly chats while we were out looking at properties. Thanks so much Deb we finally did it!

I appreciate that Debra E. was so patient with us during this process.

We had a number of projects to wrap up before listing the condo, and Debra was amazing—helpful and patient every step of the way. She was always ready to answer questions and gave great recommendations whenever we needed help finding services. She kept us in the loop with all the details, including feedback from potential buyers. Her dedication was clear in how often she checked on the progress of the improvements and stopped by the unit when I couldn’t be there myself. Huge thanks to Debra for all her help!

Excellent service and professionalism while selling my house and buying a new condo!

Karen and Miriam are two, highly professional realtors who made selling my place easy. They provided excellent advice and assisted me every step of the way. My place sold quickly and at top-dollar. They also handled the purchase of the condo I bought later. Everything was handled with a minimal amount of stress, and I was very pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to have them handle my future real estate needs. You won't go wrong hiring them to be your realtors.
