Let me begin by saying we were absentee sellers. The property is Montgomery County Maryland and we live in Texas. The tenants trashed the house; seriously, over $30,000.00 in repairs and replacements. Hanna was there and oversaw it all. She obtained estimates, negotiated with the vendors in our favor, and monitored the work daily. She spent countless hours there ensuring everything was done correctly and professionally. For instance, the entire interior had to be painted and holes patched, carpet removed and replaced, new flooring in the kitchen and baths, new counter tops, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, and smoke detectors. Deck had to be repaired and painted. This is only some of the work she coordinated and oversaw. Hanna is honest, depentable, reliable, extremely capable and professional. I would not hesitate to use her again. Hanna sets the bar very high for others to match. We appreciated her work ethic so much we gave her a bonus that was not in the listing agreement and totally unexpected by her.
