I am very pleased with the realtor that guided me and advised me to remodel my house and sell it in the highest price.

Ed and Jack facilitated the selling of my house to make it go as smoothly as possible. I was fortunate to have them as my realtors. To have a personal connection with Ed was particularly special. I appreciate all the personal attention and advice.

To put it succinctly, this team of Audrey and Ed Primozic and Sharon Ledbetter is: THE BEST. Their detailed and customized marketing plan was thoroughly explained to us, and our input was always appreciated. We were able to call them anytime (even on their vacations) when we had pressing questions. Ed and Sharon are the consummate real estate professionals--highly knowledgeable, creative, and able to easily communicate with us. While the sale of the house took longer than all of us hoped (the market definitely shifted), Ed and Sharon were consistently upbeat and encouraging. And because it's always helpful, we appreciated Ed's common sense, considerable life wisdom, and sense of humor. I think this team is incredible!
