Ed and Jack facilitated the selling of my house to make it go as smoothly as possible. I was fortunate to have them as my realtors. To have a personal connection with Ed was particularly special. I appreciate all the personal attention and advice.

To put it succinctly, this team of Audrey and Ed Primozic and Sharon Ledbetter is: THE BEST. Their detailed and customized marketing plan was thoroughly explained to us, and our input was always appreciated. We were able to call them anytime (even on their vacations) when we had pressing questions. Ed and Sharon are the consummate real estate professionals--highly knowledgeable, creative, and able to easily communicate with us. While the sale of the house took longer than all of us hoped (the market definitely shifted), Ed and Sharon were consistently upbeat and encouraging. And because it's always helpful, we appreciated Ed's common sense, considerable life wisdom, and sense of humor. I think this team is incredible!

the whole team guided us through the whole process of marketing and closing.

We’ve known Ellie for a while, and she was great to work with throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient with us as we looked at a lot of homes and figured out exactly what we wanted. Her communication was excellent, and she was always responsive and never made us feel pressured. When we finally found the right home, her relationships and communication with the other agent made a real difference in helping us get the property we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out and would highly recommend Ellie.

Strong understanding of the market

We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent, Ellie Hitt, in Maryland. From the very beginning, she provided excellent advice on staging the home and thoughtful guidance on market timing and strategy. She also brought in an amazing photographer who captured the beauty and character of the house perfectly. Partway through the process, we changed our original timeline, and she quickly pivoted the strategy seamlessly and confidently. Her market knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire experience much less stressful. The results exceeded our expectations — the house received multiple offers and sold before the first scheduled showing. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had an excellent experience working with John Lee during the sale of our home. From start to finish, He and Claire were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to walk us through every step of the process and making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable. What really stood out was the extra level of service they provided. They helped us get the house market-ready, including coordinating painting, cleaning, and staging services at a very reasonable cost. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and helped us present our home in the best possible light. Thanks to John's guidance and support, selling our home was a smooth, stress-free experience. We truly appreciate everything John and Claire did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, caring, and dedicated real estate professional!

We had a great experience with John and Claire - we met with John a full year and a half before we even went on the market, and were convinced he and Claire were the ones to go with. When it came time, they were professional, communicative, attentive, and guided us through the whole process. Their advice and guidance helped us sell our house faster than expected and for more than expected. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was very happy with John Lee's services in selling my house in Montgomery County. He is detail oriented and extremely conscientious. When the buyer arranged a four hour inspection, John stayed for the entire inspection. It became apparent that John's technical knowledge of houses and real estate is extensive. I can vouch for the fact that there is an enormous range in the qualifications of realtors. John Lee is highly qualified and one of the very best. I highly recommend him!
