I had been dealing with Deb for the last 3 years before I relocated to Maryland. She was very nice and very patient with me as I am the pickiest buyer. She thoroughly researched every thing that I asked her and did not try to talk me into properties that did not meet every one of my specifications. I could not have found a better realtor. I am a mortgage loan originator and have done many transactions with Debbie. When it came time to move my parents into LW, she was the first person I thought of. Having now worked with her as a client, I can see why she is a top performer. We worked with Debi for around two years to find just the right home in Leisure World. She lives there and knows different house and condo layouts. At first, we toured different home styles narrowing down our favorites. As time went by, we watched for certain styles to pop up in MLS. Sometimes we didn’t act fast enough on a bid and lost out. Finally, our dream home became available and we jumped on it. Closed in just over two weeks. Since we’ll be part timers for a few years, I told Debi it’s the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend Debi as a buyer’s agent.
