This was a first time experience for me. From the beginning, Debra was a fount of information for my many questions. She was patient, full of knowledge about the area and well-connected. As I learned how she works, I was able to relax and not be anxious about any step of the purchase. She stuck by me and was accessible - she always answered her phone, if only to say, "let me call you back," which she always promptly did. Debra is very discreet and she remembers details. I would definitely use her services again and would highly recommend her services to my friends and family.

I worked with Debbi Eig recently to sell my mother's unit in Leisure World after she relocated out-of-state. The whole experience could not have gone better. Debbi was very helpful with all of the paperwork, staged the house for me, and even touched up a couple of places where the paint had chipped on the cabinets. She kept me informed through every step of the process and ultimately secured an offer for over the asking price. Her knowledge of the unique Leisure World selling requirements was also very helpful throughout the sale. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor!

Especially if you are buying or selling in Leisure World, call Christine! Her knowledge of and familiarity with all of the procedures and red tape for buying/selling in this community is unmatched. She went above and beyond and made what could have been a long project into a quick, easy, and efficient sale.

She was recommended to me by multiple sources. I'm so glad I contacted her when the listing of my property was delayed. I was especially thrilled with her listing which showed not only the condo but Leisure World as well. "It takes a village to raise a child"; and it takes a community to make a condo, a house, a dwelling into a Home!

From the start of the sales process Agent Debra Eig was helpful with both describing the aspects of important property preparation, as well as what to expect during the viewing/showing period leading up to the presentation of contracts. Upon the presentation of contracts, Agent Eig was knowledgeable with regard to managing multiple offers and the appropriate evaluation of each of them. As the time leading up to the closing required attention to some additional actions and the submission of subsequent documents, she was attentive to those aspects and maintained communication throughout. At closing there were some irregularities, however, she was able to provide sage advice and guidance that allowed the process to move smoothly to a fruitful outcome for all parties. Agent Eig knows the real estate business and understands the importance of superior customer service; she is a true professional.
