Upon the presentation of contracts, Agent Eig was knowledgeable with regard to managing multiple offers and the appropriate evaluation of each of them. As the time leading up to the closing required attention to some additional actions and the submission of subsequent documents, she was attentive to those aspects and maintained communication throughout. At closing there were some irregularities, however, she was able to provide sage advice and guidance that allowed the process to move smoothly to a fruitful outcome for all parties. Debbi did a great job of helping me sell my condo. Beautiful staging, great description and good online presence and was very communicative. She kept me in the loop of how it was going with showings and interest from prospective buyers. She is extremely knowledgeable about this area and could answer all their questions (and mine!) She also is detail oriented and good at knowing the ins and outs of both buyer and seller responsibilities and guided me through everything I needed to do. I could not have done it without her. This is the second time I’ve worked with Debbi because my first experience with her helping me buy a condo was so positive.
