She is so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so nice, the process was like working with a friend--a super-efficient friend, who knows absolutely *everything* about Leisure World Selling my father's apartment was an emotionally difficult thing for me to do, and Debbi was a true comfort. Business-wise, Debbi could not be better. My apartment was definitely well-priced, and was only listed for four days before it was under contract. I couldn't ask for more. I was a very nervous seller, and Debbi responded to my every concern immediately, even the silly ones. Debbi is a great realtor. I would give her more than five stars if I could.

I can not say enough great things about Debra Eig. From the beginning to the end she was everything you would want in a buyers agent. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, great follow through and lots of fun which is really important. We always had a great time but we got the job done. The thing that I would say most after all the normal processes of buying a home is that I always felt like I was her only client. She has MANY sellers and buyers but never once did I feel like there was any one other than me. She always took the time to explain things and follow through during all steps of the buying process which I appreciated. Another plus is she is extremely ethical. At one point she chose doing the right thing over making money. I applaud this in any person especially these days. I have heard other people say and I would certainly agree if I were to buy or sell any property in Leisure world I would definitely work with Debra. Her 30 years of Real Estate and Appraising experience are a huge bonus. Buying or selling a property can be a very stressful process. My purchase went very smoothly and I enjoyed the whole thing and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. I am very grateful to Debra for her stellar service.
