She is so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so nice, the process was like working with a friend--a super-efficient friend, who knows absolutely *everything* about Leisure World Selling my father's apartment was an emotionally difficult thing for me to do, and Debbi was a true comfort. Business-wise, Debbi could not be better. My apartment was definitely well-priced, and was only listed for four days before it was under contract. I couldn't ask for more. I can not say enough great things about Debra Eig. From the beginning to the end she was everything you would want in a buyers agent. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, great follow through and lots of fun which is really important. We always had a great time but we got the job done. The thing that I would say most after all the normal processes of buying a home is that I always felt like I was her only client. She has MANY sellers and buyers but never once did I feel like there was any one other than me.
